I recently had the pleasure of creating the wedding cake for Lisa and Jamie’s wedding at Chilston Park in Lenham. The cake was a 3 tier ivory cake with pink roses to match their wedding stationery…
The cake itself was made up of 3 tiers, a 5 inch carrot cake on the top, a 7 inch vanilla sponge cake in the middle and a 9 inch lemon cake on the bottom. Each tier of this cake was 5 inches in height so with the handmade gumpaste roses on the top it gave a real focal point when placed in the wedding breakfast room.
I really loved creating this cake for Lisa and Jamie and I hope they had a fantastic wedding day.
