Whether it is a birthday cake, an anniversary cake or a wedding cake one of my favourite cake decorations to make is a gumpaste rose. They really bring a cake to life, in any colour and any size they add a classic beauty. I love creating gumpaste flowers and my aim is to make them as realistic as I possibly can. Starting from the inside out, the flowers come to life with every new layer of sugar.
I am so excited to share with you all how I make my roses. Everyone has there own little tricks and techniques and I really hope you enjoy this video tutorial. If you do please subscribe to my YouTube channel. Also if you have any comments about anything in the video please just let me know, I would love to hear from you.
